Bribery and corruption

Our stance regarding bribery and corruption is unequivocally stated in our Anti-Corruption Policy. We consider any act of offering, providing, authorizing, requesting, or receiving bribes or facilitation payments as unacceptable.

We conduct an analysis of corruption risks within our business operations and implements measures to mitigate these risks through the implementation of policies and procedures, training and awareness initiatives, and continuous monitoring.

Sanctions

Maxwer commit to adhering to all sanctions, trade controls, and anti-boycott laws applicable to our business activities, while managing the risks associated with them. We strictly refrain from engaging in transactions or activities intended to evade or facilitate a breach of relevant sanctions. To ensure compliance, we run a detailed risk-based

assessment process as well as our standard KYC checking on a regular basis and keep up to date our internal database in order with sanctions lists and relevant laws.

Political engagement

We strictly prohibit to contribute any of our funds or resources to support political campaigns, parties, candidates, or affiliated organizations. We abstain from any involvement in politics.

Any individuals advocating on our behalf must conform to all pertinent laws and regulations.
