Joerg A. Wernli

Over the past 38 years, Joerg has been active in commodities trading and logistics. He held various executive and directorship positions in major commodity companies. He is a founding partner and combines extensive expertise with the exceptional dedication.

Lilia Wernli

Lilia brings 20 years of commodity business experience to Maxwer Group. She worked for the leading steel and energy companies being responsible for trading and logistic operations, export programs and marketing concepts. Holding Executive and BoD positions, she was also involved into business strategy and vision set up.

Lukas Wadsack

Lukas obtained master’s degree in law at the University of St. Gallen. He subsequently worked with two prominent law firms in Switzerland. He has been a partner at Wadsack since 2015, where he is responsible for the tax and legal department.

Wolfgang Streit

After having served for more than 20 years as CFO in one of the largest sports marketing companies globally, Wolfgang launched his own investment management and corporate finance advisory boutique domiciled in Zug. He is a director in various boards and has several mandates as senior advisor primarily in the tech and entertainment space.

Stephan Häberle

Stephan is a Partner and a Co-Head Merchant Banking at MBaer Merchant Bank. Before he was a CEO at several different banks. In addition to being in overall charge, he successfully led repositioning, restructuring and reorganization processes at those banks.
