Your Responsibilities to Start
- Business contract execution
- Issue of commercial invoices related to business activities
- Maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly operation reports
- Review and verify shipping documents received from customers and service providers
- Manage commercial invoices and agreements with service providers (e.g., freight forwarders, surveyors)
- Prepare and issue of shipping documents
- Present shipping documents under Letter of Credits, documentary collections and other payment terms.
- Update internal operations systems (CTRM) and maintain operations-related databases
Who We are Looking For
- Completed education or a commercial apprenticeship in international business, business administration, supply chain management, logistics, finance or other relevant fields
- At least 1 year of professional experience. Experience in operations/execution or commodity business at relevant positions is a plus
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Any other language is an advantage
- International Certification in commodity trading field is an advantage
- Understanding and knowledge of commodity trading and trade documentation (trade finance tools, Incoterms, shipping documents etc) is essential
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally
- Strong interest in the commodity sector and business operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Cheerful team player with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
- Must hold a valid UAE visa or be a GCC passport holder
- Full-time availability (100% onsite – no home office)
