Advisory Board

After two positions as CFO in Switzerland and abroad, Hans studied at the School of Auditing in Zurich and graduated as a Swiss CPA. He was manager of a large auditing firm in Zug and Zurich. In 1983, he founded his own firm, the Wadsack Trust Company.

Bernhard holds a Master of Law and a JD from the University of Zurich, is a solicitor of the courts of Switzerland, a regulated financial intermediary, a board member of several Swiss operating and holding companies and first and foremost an active entrepreneur.

Stephan Keiser is an independent Asset Manager, with over 30 years of experience in Private Banking and Multi Family Office services. He has been working in Asia, US and UK and Switzerland. He is very much interested in the commodity business and happy to be on the Advisory Board of Maxwer Group.
