We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has completed a commercial apprenticeship or holds minimum a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Your Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts and payment processes, including
- Handling invoices, bank transfers and bank related job.
- Monitoring accounts receivable/payable and reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Support compliance-related administrative tasks within the group, including:

- Information gathering and checks (e.g. KYC/AML)
- Preparation of forms and coordination with internal Compliance team
- Maintain and develop relationships with banks, financial institutions and service providers
- Assist with company-wide internal reporting and budget-related tasks
- Support finance documentation for trade transactions
- Coordinate with the finance and operations teams on transaction follow-up
- Contribute to office and administrative tasks as needed
Who We are Looking For
- Completed a commercial apprenticeship or minimum a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance or commodity business at relevant positions
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Any other language is an advantage
- International Certification in compliance field is an advantage
- Understanding and knowledge of the UAE banking system, financial regulations and compliance environment is essential
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally
- Strong interest in the commodity sector and business operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Cheerful team player with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
- Must hold a valid UAE visa or be a GCC passport holder
- Full-time availability (100% onsite – no home office)
