Your Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounts and payment processes, including
    • Handling invoices, bank transfers and bank related job.
    • Monitoring accounts receivable/payable and reconciliation
    • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Support compliance-related administrative tasks within the group, including:
    • Information gathering and checks (e.g. KYC/AML)
    • Preparation of forms and coordination with internal Compliance team
  • Maintain and develop relationships with banks, financial institutions and service providers
  • Assist with company-wide internal reporting and budget-related tasks
  • Support finance documentation for trade transactions
  • Coordinate with the finance and operations teams on transaction follow-up
  • Contribute to office and administrative tasks as needed

Who We are Looking For

  • Completed a commercial apprenticeship or minimum a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance or commodity business at relevant positions
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Any other language is an advantage
  • International Certification in compliance field is an advantage
  • Understanding and knowledge of the UAE banking system, financial regulations and compliance environment is essential
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally
  • Strong interest in the commodity sector and business operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Cheerful team player with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must hold a valid UAE visa or be a GCC passport holder
  • Full-time availability (100% onsite – no home office)
